Sustainable Success: Yoga + Executive Coaching

Find alignment between body, mind, and purpose in this "Ground to Grow" experiential session that pairs yoga with executive coaching to inspire sustainable success. Begin with a 45-minute, all-levels themed yoga practice designed to help you ground, release tension, and open space for new growth. Then, through a guided future-self visualization and reflective journaling, explore your goals, values, and what authentic success looks like for you. The experience concludes with partner sharing to deepen insight and connection—so you leave centered, clear, and ready to grow with intention. Participants should come dressed for full engagement and, if local, bring their own yoga mat (a limited number will be available), along with a journal or other writing materials and a pen or pencil.



Fuel Your Inner Fire: Yoga + Executive Coaching

1:00 PM-3:00 PM

Fuel your inner fire, not your fears in this session designed to ignite your confidence and resilience. A 45-minute, all-levels themed yoga class will help you ground, strengthen, and reconnect with your inner fire. Then, through a guided interactive exercise, you’ll identify and release limiting beliefs, reframing them into a more powerful and supportive narrative. Leave feeling energized, centered, and ready to move forward with renewed purpose and clarity. The experience concludes with partner sharing to deepen insight and connection—so you leave centered, clear, and ready to grow with intention.  Participants should come dressed for full engagement and, if local, bring their own yoga mat (a limited number will be available), along with a journal or other writing materials and a pen or pencil.
