What clients are saying:

“SBC Executive Coaching helped me challenge many assumptions I had developed about work and I learned how to control elements of my work reality after my experience working in very intensive-burnout type job. This re-framing really follows me around in every aspect of my life, and I’m grateful for it!”
— Emily, Duke University
“Through working with SBC Executive Coaching I’ve learned to focus on and appreciate my progress rather than just the final result. This shift in perspective has been a game changer for me, it’s brought me more peace and reduced my anxiety in various situations. I now approach my goals with a healthier mindset, which has made a big difference in my personal and professional life.”
