SARAH BAKER COOMBS is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited executive coach and career transformation expert for high achievers who are outwardly successful and inwardly lost. With a rare blend of elite institutional experience and rigorous coaching training, Sarah has guided leaders at organizations including Adobe, McKinsey & Company, J.P. Morgan, US Army Special Forces, and Block through moments of professional inflection.
Before founding her coaching practice, Sarah spent more than a decade advising and coaching high performers across sectors. She served as a senior recruiter and executive coach at McKinsey & Company, and as Director of Alumni Career Services at Emory University. She is an alumni partner coach with both Emory and Duke University.
Sarah holds an MBA and Advanced Executive Coaching Certificate from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. She earned her BA in Cultural Anthropology from Duke University, where she was a recruited Division I athlete on Women's Rowing team. She later served as Head Novice Coach for Emory University’s rowing team. These experiences inform her work with similarly driven, achievement-oriented clients.
Known for her grounded, empathetic, and strategic approach, Sarah creates a trusted space where high achievers can slow down, recalibrate, and make aligned leaps forward.
When she’s not coaching, you can find Sarah hiking the North Carolina wilderness with her husband, toddler, and rescue pup.
LAURA PAGE is a yoga teacher dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies and minds so they can feel more grounded, clear, and well in their daily lives. She has been practicing yoga for nearly a decade and has taught at Feel Better Yoga in Chapel Hill for the past two years.
Laura earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health & Exercise Science from Wake Forest University and her Master of Public Health in Maternal and Child Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During her time at UNC, she completed her RYT-200 certification through Feel Better Yoga’s Yoga Alliance–accredited teacher training program and trained as a birth doula. She currently volunteers as a birth doula with Birth Partners at North Carolina Women’s Hospital.
She is passionate about integrating mind-body practices with evidence-based approaches to support overall health and well-being. Research demonstrates that yoga and meditation can support stress management, mental wellness, and physical health, and Laura enjoys bringing these tools into spaces where people are navigating growth, transition, or change. Her personal yoga and meditation practice has deeply shaped her life, helping her clarify what matters most, respond thoughtfully under pressure, and remain present in everyday moments.
Outside the studio, Laura enjoys exploring new yoga studios, taking long walks outdoors, discovering local live music, and spending time with her cats.
